At Luminos Minds, we strive to provide high-quality STEAM learning experiences for every student. We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible.
Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class after purchasing a plan, you may request a reschedule for another available session of the same course.
To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the class time via The contact form on the home page. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
All class purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to support families by offering rescheduling options as noted above.
Missed Classes
If a class is missed without prior notice, it will be marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Class Cancellations by Luminos Minds
In the rare event that Luminos Minds must cancel a class, you will be offered:

A full refund for the cancelled session.
